Who does this policy apply to?
This withdrawal policy is aimed at consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act who conclude a contract with MAGSARO at a distance (online). A consumer is anyone who concludes the contract for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their self-employed professional activity.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below for this, although it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay to you all payments we have received from you, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
Since MAGSARO is a digital service that begins immediately at your request (the website is created and provided right away), your right of withdrawal expires early if
- you have expressly agreed that we begin performing the service before the withdrawal period expires, and
- you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.
We obtain both of these confirmations separately during the order process (via checkbox).
Note for business customers
If you conclude the contract as a business customer, there is no statutory right of withdrawal under the FAGG. The General Terms and Conditions apply.
