What is MAGSARO?
MAGSARO is business software for small companies: CRM & customer management, quotes & invoices, online appointment booking, time tracking & shift plans, team chat & meetings, projects, newsletter and documents — plus, if you want, a website, your own domain and email mailboxes. One login for your whole business instead of five subscriptions side by side, from €15/month.
Who is MAGSARO for?
For founders, self-employed professionals and businesses with 1–10 employees: hair and beauty salons, physiotherapy, trades, restaurants, consulting, photography and many other service businesses. Wherever several single-purpose tools for invoices, appointments and customer management run side by side today, MAGSARO replaces the whole stack with one system.
Can I try MAGSARO for free?
Yes. You register for free, get sample data to play with if you like, and only pay once you decide on a plan. That way you see in advance whether the cockpit, invoicing and appointment booking fit your business.
How fast am I up and running?
In an afternoon — not in an implementation project with consulting days. Create an account, enter your company details, import customers via CSV: most people write their first invoice or switch on their appointment booking the same day.
Can I import my existing customers and products?
Yes. The CSV import walks you through upload, column mapping and preview — and can be undone with one click. Customer lists from Excel or your previous tool move over in minutes, not in a week.
I already pay for several tools — is switching worth it?
Do the quick math: an invoicing app, a booking tool, a CRM and a website builder easily add up to €60–90/month — with four logins and zero connection between them. In MAGSARO the tools mesh: a contact has their invoices, appointments and messages in one place, from €15/month.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Everything runs in the browser, with no installation and no code. Where something needs setting up — like your own domain — we tell you exactly what to do step by step, or simply take care of it for you.
Is MAGSARO an alternative to sevDesk, Calendly or HubSpot?
For many small businesses: yes. MAGSARO covers quotes & invoices, online appointment booking and CRM in one system — where three separate subscriptions would otherwise be needed. To be equally honest: we do not offer bookkeeping (tax filings, DATEV export) or payroll — that stays with your accountant or a specialist tool.
