Can employees get their own accounts?
Yes, from the Business plan. Every employee gets their own login with a role and permissions — restricted to individual companies if you like. An employee seat costs €2.90 per employee per month; you yourself don't count.
What can the time tracking do?
Clock in and out in the browser or on the phone, home-office and on-site shares, built-in break rules, a flexitime overview and a timesheet export for payroll. Time tracking is part of the employee seat — no extra fee per feature.
Can I create shift plans?
Yes. You plan shifts with time slots and staffing, employees see their plan in their own account and sign up for open shifts. Vacation and absences flow straight into the planning.
How do vacation requests and absences work?
Employees submit requests in their own account, you approve with one click. Approved absences automatically appear in the shift plan and in time tracking — no paper slips, no Excel list.
Is there a team chat?
Yes, right in the cockpit and encrypted (AES-256): channels for topics, direct messages for one-on-ones — and you start a call straight from the chat. Your team doesn't need another chat subscription.
Can I hold video meetings?
Yes. Video meetings run right in the browser, no extra software. You schedule meetings with an invite link — guests without a MAGSARO account simply join via the link.
