Plans, minimum term, add-ons, employee seats — and what happens to your data if you leave.
Which plans are there and what do they cost?
Three cockpit plans: Starter (€15/month), Business (€39/month) and Complete (€69/month) with increasing scope. Pay yearly and 2 months are free. You'll find the current overview with all details in the pricing section on the homepage.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes, the plans have a 12-month minimum term. Website hosting and add-ons such as appointment booking, live chat or inventory are separate from that and cancellable monthly.
Which add-ons are available?
You only book what you need — cancellable monthly: online appointment booking (€9), live chat (€9), inventory (€9), online shop (€29), receipt capture (€4.90) and additional website languages (€2 per language); email mailboxes are billed per mailbox. The free months of yearly billing apply to the plan — add-ons are always billed monthly.
What does an employee seat cost?
€2.90 per employee per month, counted per company — you as the owner don't count. Employee accounts are available from the Business plan, each with their own login, role and permissions.
Can I manage several companies?
Yes. Each company has its own customers, invoices, numbering and its own plan — cleanly separated, but all in one login. Ideal if you run two businesses or brands in parallel.
Pay monthly or yearly — which is better?
With the yearly price you pay for 10 months instead of 12 — 2 months free. The free months apply to the cockpit plan; hosting and add-ons are always billed monthly.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. Export contacts, newsletter subscribers and inventory as CSV, your website as a ZIP (HTML, CSS & images), and download your documents. A domain registered through us can be transferred to another provider anytime — no lock-in.
