What can the CRM do?

How do quotes and invoices work?
You create quotes and turn them into invoices with one click — legally compliant for Austria, Germany and Switzerland, with correct VAT and sequential numbering. Invoices go out as professional PDFs, and you keep track of open invoices including reminders.
Does MAGSARO replace my bookkeeping or accountant?
No — and we say that deliberately and honestly: we do not offer tax filings, DATEV export, payroll or a certified cash register. MAGSARO takes care of quotes, invoices, receipts and customers; for the books, you hand your accountant the PDFs and exports.
How does online appointment booking work?
You define services with duration and resources and enter your availability — the bookable slots follow automatically. Customers book around the clock on your website, confirmation and reminder go out automatically, and every booking lands in your dashboard calendar. An add-on at €9/month, cancellable monthly.
Can I sell online with MAGSARO?
Yes, with the online shop add-on (€29/month): categories and products with images, a cart and secure payment through your own Stripe account. You manage orders in the cockpit including status and tracking codes — and we take 0% commission per sale.
Is there inventory management?
Yes, as an add-on (€9/month): stock per warehouse and company, automatic stock deduction when an invoice is finalized, restocking on cancellation and a complete movement log. Export your inventory as CSV anytime.
Can I manage projects and tasks?
Yes. You plan projects with tasks and status per company and keep an overview in the cockpit of what's due — from customer jobs to internal to-do lists, without an extra project tool.
How does the documents area work?
You store documents centrally and share individual files via a protected link — the recipient doesn't need an account. That's how you send quotes, plans or forms without emailing attachments back and forth.
